Longtime Canmore resident, Kate is now retired from medicine and pursuing a love of baking and patisserie. After spending four months in the UK taking courses, Kate debuted at the Canmore Farmers Market summer of 2025 with Tarts by Kate. She endeavours to produce delicious tarts made from only fresh and natural ingredients and for any occasion.
